Originally from Buffalo, NY (GO BILLS!), she has proudly called North Carolina home since 2009.  She has two amazing children and three equally amazing grandchildren.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, Kim spent years as a Senior Finance Manager before following her passion for real estate. Her financial background gives clients a valuable edge when navigating one of life’s largest investments.
