Nykesha Scales is a Stokes County native and proud Guilford County hybrid, whose early exposure to the value of land ownership inspired her passion for real estate. After a successful career in government contracting, she turned that passion into purpose by helping others achieve their homeownership goals.

A licensed North Carolina real estate professional, Nykesha combines deep regulatory knowledge with exceptional customer service to guide clients through seamless buying and selling experiences. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Guilford College, with concentrations in Human Resources and Organizational Communications, and earned her MBA from Liberty University in 2016.

Certified as a Home Finance Resource (HFRC) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Nykesha is committed to empowering clients with the tools and confidence they need to make informed decisions. Outside of real estate, she serves her community through A Legacy of Hope, Inc., a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and treasures time with her close-knit and extended family.
